Body Boarding
Body boarding is one of the easiest waterspouts to get into, but there is
much more to it than just riding a board on your stomach
on the beach. There are many techniques, tricks, and methods to true
body boarding that
will allow you to ride the waves like a pro. You'll learn how to ride a
tunnel, pick the waves, and how to do some fun tricks along the way with
Girls Who Surf.
 We offer
body boarding lessons
for all ability levels and all ages. The lessons can be as laid back or
as formal as you like, with the emphasis being on learning in a fun, no
pressure environment.
Body boarding
offers a more accessible option to catching waves than surfing, it¡¦s
safer and the rewards come much quicker.
Lesson
includes:
* Two hours of instruction
* Free
pick-up/drop-off from Waikiki hotels.
* Equipment included: body board, swim fins and rash guard.
